Message from the Vice President
I joined this organization with a strong desire to work in international cooperation—particularly in creating opportunities for cross-border collaboration among students. For a long time, I’ve felt a deep motivation to contribute to society, but I often struggled to turn that intention into action. I was frustrated by the gap between my ideals and reality. That changed when Hakoda, the representative of Dream Sustainability Japan, invited me to join DSJP. His invitation gave me the opportunity I had been seeking—the chance to take that first step and challenge myself.
Since joining, I’ve committed myself to never forget the passion that originally inspired me: the desire to make a meaningful social impact. I strive to approach every activity with empathy and sincerity, always asking myself how we can truly be of service to others. I hope to help build projects that not only reach across borders but also bring people together through genuine, human-centred cooperation.
A concept that holds the promise of synergy
In addition to my work with this organization, I am also involved in building communities and organizing events with friends who share the same vision of fostering cross-border collaboration among students—something I mentioned at the beginning. I believe that both of these activities hold great potential to generate meaningful synergy. By applying the insights and experiences gained from each, I hope to elevate the quality and impact of my efforts. Ultimately, I am committed to using these opportunities to contribute to the realization of a better, more connected world.
